About Our Community

​Jacksonville Ranch Club 1 is a deed restricted gated equestrian friendly community. We are conveniently located on the South side of Plummer Road in North West Jacksonville only 8 miles from I-295.

242 Large lots ranging from 2-10 acres provide country living within the City of Jacksonville, FL.

​Many lots contain a conservation area that will never be cleared offering the country atmosphere in a gated community. The West side of the HOA is adjacent to the City of Jacksonville's 400 acre wooded site.
